Data Processing Addendum

JAGGAER provides Clients with a standard Data Processing Addendum which is carefully developed to:

• ensure full compliance with the GDPR (and other applicable Data Protection laws) and to protect the rights of our clients under applicable data protection laws, so even clients with the strictest privacy legal requirements can accept the document without modifications
• correctly and uniformly reflect the actual processing of personal data in JAGGAER’s multi-tenant SaaS applications and our privacy-related processes, such as notifications, audits, certifications, security measures, and sub-processing activities
• to be simple and clear, easy to read and understand

Sub-processors

JAGGAER engages third-party service providers to support certain features of our software applications and services. Service providers go through a rigorous selection process and regular security and privacy assessments during their engagement, to ensure they have the appropriate level of security and privacy controls when supporting services we provide to our customers. Additionally, a Data Processing Addendum is in place with each service provider of JAGGAER that acts as a sub-processor.

International Data Transfers Mechanism

JAGGAER relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (EU SCCs) and, where applicable the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs, as the personal data transfer mechanism for Third Countries. The EU SCCs are incorporated in the JAGGAER standard Data Processing Addendum, as well as in the Intercompany Data Processing Addendum effective between JAGGAER Affiliates.
